If this is your first Kinesiology session, the Standard Session is often a supportive place to begin. If you are unsure which option feels right, you are welcome to get in touch before booking and discuss what may best suit your needs.

A 60-minute Standard Session may suit you if you are new to Kinesiology or would like to focus on one main area.
