Hi, I am Sylwia Jagiello. I am the founder and practitioner at Move Kinesiology & Ayurveda. |
How Can I Help?
❞
I meet you where you are. In my practice, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through a wide range of challenges—whether it’s physical pain, emotional imbalances, or spiritual wellness. With a unique blend of skills and experience, I draw from a diverse background that includes counselling on crisis lines, PhD research on wellness, and my own personal journey of overcoming physical limitations. Each step of my path has deepened my understanding of the complexities of healing, and I bring this wealth of knowledge to guide you through your own unique process.

Both Kinesiology and Ayurveda focus on addressing the root causes of persistent symptoms — whether physical, mental, or emotional — that just don’t seem to go away. These methods support your natural ability to heal by getting to the heart of the issue. Kinesiology helps identify and release stress through gentle muscle monitoring, while Ayurveda guides you to align with your inner rhythm, restoring balance and harmony to your whole being. |
❞
I integrate gentle techniques using Kinesiology principles along with Ayurvedic wisdom to assist your unique body type - what is called "constitution" or "dosha"- to find and maintain a healthy balance. You can learn more about your body type by taking the quiz at the link below. |

Who is This NOT For?

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach that uses muscle testing to identify and correct imbalances in your body’s structural, chemical, and emotional energy. It supports your body in restoring its natural healing abilities and promotes overall well-being.
Ayurveda is an ancient system of natural medicine from India that focuses on balancing your body's energies (doshas) through diet, lifestyle, herbs, and therapies. It promotes health, longevity, and supports the management of chronic conditions by improving digestion, immunity, and overall balance.
Kinesiology identifies energy blockages, while Ayurveda provides practical tools to restore balance. Together, they offer a powerful, personalised approach to healing the root cause—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
If you're dealing with stress, anxiety, fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, chronic pain, or simply want to feel more like yourself again—this work can help.
Session Length: First sessions are 75–90 minutes; follow-ups are typically 60–90 minutes.
Treatment Plan: The number of sessions varies—some see results in 1–3, others benefit from ongoing support.
Format: Ayurveda consultations are available online. Kinesiology is best in person, but remote sessions are available when needed.
Preparation: For Kinesiology, wear comfortable clothes and avoid heavy meals or caffeine. For Ayurveda, bring notes about your diet, lifestyle, and health concerns.
These methods work well alongside conventional care. Always inform your healthcare provider. While not typically covered by standard insurance, some extended plans may offer reimbursement—check with your provider.
I combine the insight of muscle testing with the deep wisdom of Ayurveda to uncover the root of your symptoms and guide your healing — gently and effectively.
Clients often feel more energised, calmer, sleep better, and experience improved digestion and overall well-being. Everyone’s journey is unique, and your results will reflect your body’s own pace and needs.
Occasionally, people feel a bit tired or emotional after a session—this is a normal part of the healing process and usually passes quickly.
