I was born in Poland and migrated to Australia in my early twenties. I became a mother, worked in a corporate environment, and devoted my life to children, and study. After long years of study culminating in PhD in the psychology field and working at the university, I decided to reconnect with nature and became a rock climbing instructor until the incident. Then everything changed...
...one day I woke up and my hands stopped working. The daily activities I took for granted no longer seemed possible. I felt frozen in time. I could not work; look after myself nor my children. After years of rehabilitation and thousands of dollars worth of visits to doctors and health professionals, the road to recovery seemed even less clear.
Although I have heard of the term mind-body connection, I did not understand the power of mind and its profound impact it can have on our health. I did not know where to begin. It was not until I tried Kinesiology and Ayurveda that my perspective on chronic pain I was experiencing has started to shift. This journey involved confronting my deepest fears about physical limitations and the "high achiever" habits that had ultimately led to imbalance and chronic pain. I came to realise that the stress I had ignored for decades had contributed to a state of dis-ease.

Today, I cultivate skills beyond my training in Kinesiology, Neurophysiology, Ayurveda and Counselling to ensure best practice.

My extensive academic training (Doctor in Philosophy - PhD, Bachelor of Science - Honours in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Business) guides my unique approach to healing informed by a thorough research.
My university training, grounded in the Western approach, taught me to treat symptoms and link them to specific body systems. However, Kinesiology and Ayurveda introduced me to a completely new, mind-expanding perspective. Desperate for relief, I was open to exploring alternative healing methods. Kinesiology and Ayurveda offered a fresh viewpoint and treatment, seeing the body as an interconnected whole, where everything is deeply interrelated.
Today, I believe that given the right information, all healing is possible. Using a combination of effective techniques and principles, I assist my clients in eliminating stress and strengthening their inner voice, restoring a healthy balance and thrive.
