I was born in Poland and moved to Australia in my early twenties. Life unfolded through motherhood, corporate work, years of study, and a strong focus on personal growth. After completing a PhD in psychology and working at a university, I felt drawn back to nature and began teaching rock climbing — until my health suddenly changed.
One day I woke up and my hands no longer worked. Simple tasks became impossible. Despite years of rehabilitation and many consultations with health professionals, recovery remained uncertain. This experience brought me face to face with both physical pain and the deeper patterns of pushing through at the expense of balance.
It was through discovering Kinesiology and Ayurveda that my understanding of health began to shift. I started to see how stress and long-held patterns can contribute to pain and imbalance, and how the body reflects what we experience over time. What began as a search for healing became a process of learning to listen to the body rather than override it.

My work focuses on helping people become more aware of their stress patterns and supporting change from that place of awareness — creating space for greater clarity, balance, and ease over time.
It draws on my background in kinesiology and Ayurveda, alongside counselling experience, PhD research in wellbeing, and lived experience. My approach has shifted from viewing concerns in isolation, to understanding the body and mind as an interconnected system that adapts over time.
The intention is to support a more practical and sustainable way of working with stress, so it feels manageable within everyday life.
