Hi, I'm Sylwia
My work brings together research, movement, Kinesiology and Ayurveda
to help people understand themselves differently, recognise patterns
and discover practical ways to support their wellbeing.
My journey
A significant turning point in my own life came when I experienced
a sudden loss of function in my hands.
After searching for quick fixes without finding lasting answers, I began to look at my experience differently — becoming more curious about what my body might be communicating and what I could learn from it.
This led me to Kinesiology and Ayurveda, and to a deeper understanding of the relationship between our bodies, experiences, patterns and everyday lives.
That curiosity continues to shape how I work with people today.

What shaped my approach
My approach is informed by academic research in psychology and
wellbeing, years of teaching movement through rock climbing,
professional training in Kinesiology and the principles of
Ayurveda.
These different perspectives allow me to bring together research, observation and practical tools while recognising that no two people experience wellbeing in exactly the same way.

How I work
I offer a calm and collaborative space where you can slow down,
talk openly and explore what you're experiencing at your own pace.
Through conversation, Kinesiology and Ayurveda, we look at what feels relevant to you and notice patterns that may be useful to understand.
From there, we consider practical ways to support your wellbeing — without adding more rules or telling you what you should do.

The aim is to help you develop a clearer sense of what works for
you and feel more confident making your own choices.
Why this work matters to me
I don't believe wellbeing is about finding one perfect solution.
It's about becoming more aware of ourselves, understanding the patterns that shape our experiences and discovering ways to support ourselves that are realistic enough to become part of everyday life.

I believe you are the expert in your own experience.
My role is to create the space for you to explore, understand and discover what works for you.
