Hi, I’m Sylwia Jagiello
I support people in understanding how stress, emotions, lifestyle, and the body are interconnected. My approach is grounded in both lived experience and professional training in Kinesiology, Ayurveda, counselling, and wellbeing research.
I was born in Poland and moved to Australia in my early twenties. Since then, life has included motherhood, corporate work, university study, and a long-standing curiosity about people and wellbeing.
This curiosity led me to complete a PhD focused on wellbeing and work while working in a university environment.
I also spent many years teaching rock climbing and spending time outdoors, which deepened my interest in how the body responds to stress, challenge, and recovery.
This experience changed how I understand the body. I learned how clearly it communicates when something is out of balance — and how easy it can be to miss those signals in everyday life.
What started as personal exploration became long-term study and professional practice — offering a way to better understand patterns in the body, stress responses, and how life experiences show up physically.
Today, I work with people experiencing stress, fatigue, overwhelm, tension, or a general sense of disconnection from how they want to feel.
Sessions are calm, supportive, and guided by what feels most relevant for you on the day.
• Understanding how your body responds to daily life
• Finding simple, practical ways to feel more balanced and grounded
Real change starts with awareness — not pressure, but understanding.

A turning point
At one point, I experienced a sudden loss of function in my hands. It changed my daily life significantly and led to years of rehabilitation and exploration of different approaches to healing and support.
This experience changed how I understand the body. I learned how clearly it communicates when something is out of balance — and how easy it can be to miss those signals in everyday life.
How I work today
